The new 2010 Camaro is something that we all have been looking forward to seeing on the streets for over a year now. The time is drawing close and with it we are seeing more pictures and receiving more information on all of the plans that GM has for it. It seems that the new details involve a four-cylinder engine.

The North American International Show is always an exciting time for us. What with all of the new cars that have been talked about for months and now being revealed we couldn’t help but get excited. One of the first cars to be unveiled that we fell in love with right away was the new Dodge Challenger. It was in a bright red color that seemed so perfect for it we couldn’t help but stare.
We are all excited to see the official 2009 Camaro up close and in person – but we never thought that anyone would actually get emotionally attached to it. It seems though that Bob Lutz – GM’s Vice chairman – was so excited to see the first fully finished prototype that he literally “ran over to it, and hugged it”.
“I have the photo to prove it — but of course we can’t show it to you just yet,” Lutz said. “Seeing his beloved Camaro as a real car…in near-final metal, glass, rubber and plastic…transformed from a visionary dream into a highly drivable reality…well, it was almost too much for him,” Lutz said of Welburn.
